Frosted Tomato Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 peeled small onions | ||
| 8 peeled large tomatoes | ||
| Mayonnaise | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Curry powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pepper | 1 | |
Directions
Chop onions and tomatoes in wooden bowl.
Add salt and pepper.
Mis in blender (or with chopper).
Turn into freezing tray.
Freeze until ice crystals start to form.
Mix mayonnaise and parsley, add curry powder.
Arrange frosted tomatoe mixture in chilled bouillon cups.
Top with mound of curry mayonnaise.
Serves 8.
