Frosted Strawberry Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 oz. pound cake mix, fructose-sweetened | ||
| Strawberries | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), mashed | |
| 3.6 oz. frosting mix, fructose-sweetened | ||
| 2 to 3 red food coloring drops | ||
Directions
Combine cake mix and mashed strawberries in a medium-size bowl.
Stir to blend completely. (Mix will seem sticky.) Drop on a cool, greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Move to cooling rack.
Meanwhile, prepare frosting mix for vanilla-flavored frosting, following directions on box.
Tint frosting with red food coloring.
Cool completely before frosting cookies.
