Frosted Snow Squares Recipe
Ingredients
| Gelatin envelope | 1 | |
| Boiling water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg whites | 3 | |
| Vanilla | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cold water | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1/4 Tablespoon | |
| Graham crackers | 16 |
Directions
Soak gelatin in cold water; add to boiling water.
Let cool.
Add egg whites and beat until mixture is like whipped cream.
Pour into 9" x 9" pan.
Chill.
Cut into 1" squares.
Roll in graham cracker crumbs.
Serve in sherbet glasses with butter sauce.
