Frosted Lime Salad Recipe

1 cup water
1 (3 oz) pkg. lime jello
1 (8 oz) can crushed, drained pineapple
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
3/4 cup finely diced celery
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 (3 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
Directions
In 1 cup glass measure microwave (high) water 2 1/2-3 minutes to boil.
In medium mixing bowl, dissolve gelatin in water.
Chill untilthick but not set, about 20 minutes.
Fold in pineapple, cottage cheese, celery and walnuts.
Pour into mold and chill until firm.
In 2 cup glass measure microwave (high) cream cheese 30 seconds.
Whip with mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Unmold firm gelatin and frost with cream cheese mixture.
