Frosted Fruits Recipe

Ingredients
1 egg white
2 tablespoons water
1 cup granulated sugar
2 pounds grapes in small bunches
Directions
Lightly beat egg white with water in bowl and set aside.
Pour sugar into second, shallow, bowl.
Wash and dry grape clusters.
Dip each cluster into egg white, covering all surfaces and letting excess drain into bowl.
Set aside on waxed paper until all grapes are dipped.
Surfaces will be tacky to the touch.
Coat clusters with granulated sugar, shaking off excess.
Place clusters on waxed paper to dry.
