Frosted Fruit Puree With Rum Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
| Strawberries | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| 3 ripe apricots, pitted and diced | ||
| Plums | 2 Medium, pitted | |
| Peach | 1 Medium, pitted | |
| Artificial sweetener to equal 1/2 cup sugar | ||
| 1/4 cup cherry-flavored dietetic carbonated beverage | ||
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Strawberry | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Skim milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Rum extract | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Almond extract | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ice | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
Directions
Combine fruits, half of sweetener, beverage, vanilla and strawberry extracts in blender, and puree.
Pour 1/4 of mixture into each of 4 dessert dishes.
Chill in freezer for 40-50 minutes or until mixture is half frozen, thick but mushy.
To make "Rum" Sauce, combine remaining ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.
Serve at once evenly divided over each portion of fruit puree.
