Ingredients

 Strawberries1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 3 ripe apricots, pitted and diced
 Plums2 Medium, pitted
 Peach1 Medium, pitted
 Artificial sweetener to equal 1/2 cup sugar
 1/4 cup cherry-flavored dietetic carbonated beverage
 Vanilla extract1 Teaspoon
 Strawberry1/2 Teaspoon
 Skim milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Rum extract2 Teaspoon
 Almond extract1/2 Teaspoon
 Ice1/2 Cup (16 tbs), crushed

Directions

Combine fruits, half of sweetener, beverage, vanilla and strawberry extracts in blender, and puree.
Pour 1/4 of mixture into each of 4 dessert dishes.
Chill in freezer for 40-50 minutes or until mixture is half frozen, thick but mushy.
To make "Rum" Sauce, combine remaining ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.
Serve at once evenly divided over each portion of fruit puree.
