Frosted Date Balls Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. icing sugar
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions
1. Cream butter, then cream in sugar, milk and vanilla.
2. Gradually stir in flour and salt.
3. Blend in nuts and dates.
4. Roll into small balls (1") and place on ungreased cookie sheet (3" apart)
5. Bake at 300° for 20 minutes.
6. While still warm, roll in icing sugar.
