Frosted Cashew Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| Butter | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Vanilla | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Baking powder | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Soda | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dairy sour cream | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cashew nuts | 1 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), salted |
Directions
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with sour cream, mixing well.
Carefully fold in cashew nuts.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
Cool and frost.
