 All-purpose flour - 1 1/2 cups
 LAND O LAKES Butter - 1 cup, melted
 Honey1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Eggs3
 Baking soda1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Cinnamon1 Teaspoon
 Salt3/4 Teaspoon
 Walnuts3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Carrots3 Medium
 Powdered sugar1 Cup (16 tbs) (Frosting)
 Cream cheese -1 (8-ounce) package, softened
 Milk1 Teaspoon (Frosting)
 Vanilla1 Teaspoon (Frosting)

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Heat the oven to 350°.

MAKING
2) In a bowl combine all the bar ingredients except the walnuts and carrots.
3) Slowly beat till well mixed.
4) By hand, stir in the walnuts and carrots.
5) In a greased 15x10x1-inch jelly roll pan, press and spread the mix.
6) Place in oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or till the top springs back on touching the center.
7) Cool completely.
8) In a small bowl, combine all frosting ingredients.
9) Beat at medium speed, till smooth.
10) Frost cooled bars and cut into bars.
11) Refrigerate and store.

SERVING
12) Serve chilled.
