From Roast Duckling Duck Pilaf Recipe
Ingredients
| Duckling | 1 , roasted | |
| 1 cup uncooked regular rice | ||
| Vegetable oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Broth | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup cut-up dried apricots | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Take offthe duckling skin; pull the meat and cut in small pieces to make it equal to 3 cups.
2.Keep aside.
3.Preheat teh oven to 350 degrees.
MAKING
4.In a large frying pan, heat vegetable oil and cook rice by stirring until golden.
5.Once done, put celery and cook for 5 more minutes.
6.Add broth, salt and pepper in th epan and allow the mixture to boil.
7.Take a 8 cup baking dish, transfer therice mixture into it usung a spoon.
8.Put duckling and apricots and bake for 1 1/2 hours after covering. till the rice is soft and no liquid is left.

9.Serve warm.
