| Eggs | 12 Small | |
| Flour | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Milk cream | 4 Ounce | |
| Mozzarella cheese | 4 Ounce, grated | |
| Parmesan cheese | 4 Ounce, grated | |
| Sausage, cooked and thinly sliced 12 oz. | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Pinch | |
| Green onions, chopped 4 | ||
| Tomatoes, peeled and chopped 2 | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F./180°C.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
Beat the eggs with flour which has been blended with milk, then pour into pan and add all the other ingredients.
When the mixture begins to get firm, put it into the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
Turn out onto a heated platter, cut into wedges and serve immediately.
