Directions

Steam your vegetables.
Medium-high heat the skillet.
Add olive oil to the skillet.
Add vegetables, stir them well.
In a bowl combine eggs, whisk them.
Add a dash of milk, salt, and pepper.
Mix them well.
Lower heat to medium; add egg mixture to the skillet.
Stir them well, cook for 15 minutes.
Add cheese, stir well.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
