Frittata of Fettuccine Recipe
Ingredients
| Fettuccine | 250 Gram | |
| 1 tbsp+ 3 tbsp olive oil | ||
| Cheddar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| 7 eggs, lightly beaten | ||
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 100 ml cream with a pinch of sodium bicarbonate | ||
| Onion | 1 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
Directions
GETTING READY 1) In a bowl, boil plenty of salted water and cook fettuccine in it for 3 minutes. 2) Drain, refresh and place it in a separate bowl. MAKING 3) Add 1 tablespoon of oil and toss well till the pasta is well coated. 4) In an another bowl, mix cheddar with eggs. 5) Stir in the remaining ingredients except pasta and 3 tablespoons oil. 6) Now mix in pasta. 7) In a large frying pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil over moderate heat. 8) In the pan. spread the entire mixture and flatten the top. 9) Cook for another 5-7 minutes till the base is set. 10) Under a medium-hot grill, place the pan till frittata is lightly puffed and turns golden. SERVING 11) Slide on to a round serving platter, cut into portions and serve hot.
