Editors Review

Zucchini has always been a summer vegetable that has been added to pasta, rice or stews but is rarely eaten as a side dish on its own. This recipe of Korean style stir fried zucchini is a simple and delicious side dish. The zucchini slices are stir fried with garlic, green onions and sesame seeds in sesame oil which lets the flavors of this fresh tender vegetable shine through. So authentically Korean and a wonderful accompaniment to grilled meat!

Mike near San Antonio says :

I doubled the recipe and did not cook the zucchini at all! I lightly toasted the sesame seeds then chilled it for about 2-1/2 hours.....awesome! This will be a staple when I make bulgogi or kalbi (and of course steamed rice) from now on!
