Directions

Heat oil in wok to 350 degrees.
Brush cornstarch from each won ton skin; cover with a towel until ready to use.
Mix all ingredients, except skins and oil, until well mixed.
Place 1 tsp.meat mixture in center of skin, then spread over half of the skin making a triangle.
Fold in half, then wet one side with water and fold again to form a triangle
Cook in hot oil, turning once, about 1 or 2 minutes or till lightly browned.
Drain and serve with sweet and sour sauce.
Makes approximately 100 won tons.
