Fried Steaks (Argentine Style) Recipe

Ingredients
4 egg yolks
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1/2 cup milk
1 clove garlic,chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 /2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
4 egg whites,stiffly beaten
6 fillets of beef or 6 individual boneless sirloin steaks
1 cup cooking oil
Directions
Beat egg yolks in bowl, and add half the flour and the milk, beating until smooth.
Add remaining flour, garlic and seasonings, and beat again until smooth.
Fold in egg whites carefully.
Dip steaks in batter, coating well.
Heat oil in skillet, and fry steaks 2 minutes on each side.
