Fried Spice Balls are very simple and easy to make snacks. They go well with tea and coffee. These mildly spiced balls taste best when served hot. However, fried spice balls can be served cold too!

1)In a bowl, mix biscuit mix, sugar and nutmeg.
2)Take a measuring cup and break egg into it.
3)Beat with a fork, add the salad oil and enough milk to make 1/2 cup liquid. Beat until blended.
4)Pour the liquid into biscuit mix all at once, stir until just damp enough to drop from spoon.
5)In a pan, heat fat and drop dough by teaspoonsful and fry about 2 minutes, turning to brown both sides. Drain.
6)Roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture.

7)Serve the fried spiced balls for snacks.
