1)In a bowl, mix biscuit mix, sugar and nutmeg.
2)Take a measuring cup and break egg into it.
3)Beat with a fork, add the salad oil and enough milk to make 1/2 cup liquid. Beat until blended.
4)Pour the liquid into biscuit mix all at once, stir until just damp enough to drop from spoon.
5)In a pan, heat fat and drop dough by teaspoonsful and fry about 2 minutes, turning to brown both sides. Drain.
6)Roll in sugar and cinnamon mixture.
7)Serve the fried spiced balls for snacks.
