Fried Shrimp With Herbs Recipe
Ingredients

| 4 large green shrimp per person, shelled but leave on the tail | ||
| Parsley, chopped | ||
| Fresh fennel | ||
| Lemon juice | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |

Directions
Melt enough butter in a pan to cover the bottom by about 1/2 inch (1 cm).
When the butter is bubbling toss in the shrimp and cook them for about 4 minutes on each side or until they are a good pink color.
Place the shrimp on individual ramekins and sprinkle with the salt, pepper, parsley, fennel and lemon juice.
