Fried Shrimp De Luxe Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 lbs. Cooked Shrimp, above | ||
| 1 or 2 eggs, fork beaten | ||
| 1 1/2 Cups corn flake crumbs | ||
| 1 env. (about 1 3/8 oz.) dry onion soup mix | ||
| Parsley | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Parmesan cheese | 3 Tablespoon, shredded | |
| Butter or margarine | ||
Directions
Dip shrimp into egg, then into a mixture of the corn flake crumbs, soup mix, parsley, and cheese.
(Store leftover crumb mixture, tightly covered, in refrigerator to use for coating meat, poultry, and shellfish, or as topping for casseroles.) Fry the shrimp until lightly browned in hot butter in a heavy skillet.
