Fried Rice Yang Chow Recipe

| Eggs | 3 , beaten | |
| Chicken meat | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cooked | |
| Canned shrimp | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Pork roast/Ham | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced | |
| Chopped onion | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) |

Directions
Fry beaten eggs; break into small pieces and remove to plate.
Add 2 more tbs.oil to skillet, saute' peas, peppers, onions and meats slightly.
Add 9 tbs.oil and 1/4 cup boiling water to skillet.
Add rice, soy sauce, pepper and salt to taste; heat thoroughly, stirring constantly over low heat.
At last, stir in the eggs.
Shredded lettuce can be added at this point also.
Note: You may use only one kind of meat if preferred.
It is even good without meat.
