Fried Rice With Crispy Bacon Recipe

Directions
Cook rice according to package directions, omitting salt; set aside.
Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a small skillet; add egg and cook, stirring constantly, until firm but still moist.
Set aside.
Cook pork and bacon in 1 tablespoon hot oil in a large skillet until bacon is crisp.
Add mushrooms; stir-fry over medium heat 2 minutes.
Stir in rice, onions, and soy sauce; stir-fry at medium high 3 minutes.
Stir in egg; serve immediately.
