 Rice3/4 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
 2 tablespoons very finely chopped fresh mushrooms
 Onion1/2 Teaspoon, grated
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Chicken bouillon cubes2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Carrot1 Tablespoon, finley chopped
 Green pepper1 Tablespoon, finely chopped

Directions

1. Add rice, mushrooms, and onion to hot butter in a large heavy skillet; cook until golden brown.
2. Stir broth into rice mixture. Cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes, or until rice is tender.
3. Add carrot and green pepper and toss lightly.
