Fried Rice With Chicken Broth Recipe

Ingredients
| Rice | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| 2 tablespoons very finely chopped fresh mushrooms | ||
| Onion | 1/2 Teaspoon, grated | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken bouillon cubes | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Carrot | 1 Tablespoon, finley chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
Directions
1. Add rice, mushrooms, and onion to hot butter in a large heavy skillet; cook until golden brown.
2. Stir broth into rice mixture. Cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes, or until rice is tender.
