Ingredients

 1 1/2 cups converted rice
 Onion1/3 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Butter/Margarine2 Tablespoon
 Mushroom1 Can (10oz), drained
 1/2 cup cooked chopped ham, pork or chicken
 1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts, bamboo shoots or bean sprouts
 Soy sauce4 Tablespoon

Directions

Place rice and onions in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cook rice as directed in chart .
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and microwave 4 to 6 minutes or until hot.
Stir, cover and let stand 3 minutes before serving
