Quick Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cups converted rice | ||
| Onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), minced | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Mushroom | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 1/2 cup cooked chopped ham, pork or chicken | ||
| 1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts, bamboo shoots or bean sprouts | ||
| Soy sauce | 4 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Place rice and onions in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cook rice as directed in chart .
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and microwave 4 to 6 minutes or until hot.
Stir, cover and let stand 3 minutes before serving
