 Soy sauce To Taste (For Serving)

Directions

In a medium saucepan, combine water, bouillon or vegetable soup, cumin, and rice.
Simmer until tender.
Cool.
In a large skillet, saute onion, celery, and garlic in oil.
Stirfry until crisptender.
Add prepared grain, pork or ham, salt, chili powder, and mace.
Season to taste with soy sauce.
Heat slowly, and garnish with slivered almonds.
