Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups water
2 teaspoons granular beef bouillon or 1 envelope dehydrated vegetable soup
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin or minced whole cumin
1 cup rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 clove garlic, minced
3 teaspoons oil
2 cups diced pork or ham
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon mace
Soysauce
Slivered almonds
Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine water, bouillon or vegetable soup, cumin, and rice.
Simmer until tender.
Cool.
In a large skillet, saute onion, celery, and garlic in oil.
Stirfry until crisptender.
Add prepared grain, pork or ham, salt, chili powder, and mace.
Season to taste with soy sauce.
Heat slowly, and garnish with slivered almonds.
