Directions
Add oil, let it heat up
*Continuously stir contents of wok*
Add ginger, onion, garlic, cook for 1 minute
Reduce heat to medium so garlic does not burn
Add rice
Cook for 5 minutes
Create a well in the wok using the rice. Make a hole in the middle where you can actually see the wok, add the eggs into this well, cook for 1 minute
Incorporate eggs into the rice
Add the soy sauce, let it cook for 2 minutes
Turn off wok, and serve while still warm
