Ingredients

 Pork1 1/2 Pound, minced
 Onion1 Small, minced
 Celery1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 1/4 mushrooms, soaked and chopped
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 1/8 teaspoon pepper enough oil for deep frying pepper and salt mix
 1/8 teaspoon pepper enough oil for deep frying pepper and salt mix

Directions

Mix all the ingredients well together and shape into balls the size of a small walnut.
Heat a pan and fill up to 1 inch of oil.
When it is very hot, lower the balls into the pan and fry till they are very brown outside and thoroughly cooked inside.
Cut one open to make sure that the meat is not pink.
Serve the balls on a shallow dish with side dishes of pepper and salt mix.
