Fried Oysters Recipe

Over the years I perfected the art of making this Fried Oysters which was taught to me by my elders. Made with Seafood, Fried Oysters is a mouth-watering dish. I just love Appetizer recipes and this dish is my only favorite amongst them. Never ever miss out on this great Fried Oysters recipe.

Ingredients

 
3 eggs
 
3 tbsp. heavy cream
 
48 oysters
 
Flour
 
Coarse cracker crumbs
 
Butter
 
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Beat eggs lightly; stir in cream.
Dredge oysters in flour; dip in egg mixture.
Roll in cracker crumbs.
Let oysters stand for several minutes.
Melt butter in frypan; saute oysters quickly on both sides until lightly browned.
Season with salt and pepper; serve on hot platter.
Garnish with lemon wedges.
