Directions
Place the noodles gently into the water.
Microwave 3 minutes at HIGH.
Pour into a large sieve, drain thoroughly.
Pour the oil into a microwave-safe bowl, microwave 1 minute at HIGH.
Add the well-drained noodles and stir until they are well coated with the oil.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into a dish, cover to keep warm.
Slice into thin shreds the cabbage, ham, onion and green pepper.
Mix together in a bowl.
Place 1 tablespoon (15 mL) of oil in another microwave-safe bowl and microwave 1 minute at MEDIUM-HIGH.
Stir in the vegetable and ham mixture.
Microwave 2 minutes at MEDIUM-HIGH.
Add to the hot noodles.
Mix together the sauce ingredients.
Pour over the noodles, stir.
Microwave 1 minute at HIGH.
Serve.
