Directions

Prepare leeks and boil in salted water for 10 minutes.
Drain, then slice into 1 inch pieces.
Marinate in oil mixed with lemon juice, salt, pepper and parsley for 1/2 hour.
Drain, turn about in batter and deep fry in hot oil until tender.
Drain on paper and serve with chopped parsley.
