Fried Lamb'S Liver Recipe
Ingredients
1 lamb's fry / liver
11/2 cup olive or nut oil
Salt and pepper
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon chopped parsley to garnish
Directions
Cut the lamb's fry into 1 in (2.S cm) strips, discarding the gristle.
Fry in hot oil to brown the outside and light- ly cook inside.
Chop into cubes and serve warm or cold sprinkled with lemon juice and garnished with parsley.
