Fried Chicken Teriyaki Recipe

Fried teriyaki chicken can be easily prepared with frozen fried chicken and microwaved teriyaki sauce. Seasoned with honey, soy sauce, vinegar along with ginger and garlic, the chicken is prepared with a sauce made with mandarin orange reserves, cornstarch and soy sauce mix. cooked to desired tenderness, it can be served with a fresh green salad.

Arrange frozen chicken with thickest parts to outside in oblong baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches.
Mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar, wine, ginger and garlic powder in 4 cup glass measure.
Brush chicken with some soy mixture; re serve remaining mixture.
Sprinkle green onions over chicken.
Cover loosely and microwave until chicken is hot, 15 to 18 minutes.
Stir reserved mandarin orange syrup, the corn starch and water into reserved soy mixture.
Microwave 2 minutes; stir.
Microwave until mixture boils and thickens, 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir in orange segments.
Serve sauce over chicfken.
