Fried Chicken Giblets In Lemon Juice Recipe
Ingredients
2 cups chicken giblets
2 tablespoons ghee or substitute
2 medium onions, chopped finely
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt
Pepper
112 teaspoon mixed spices
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
Directions
Wash the giblets, then saute in hot ghee until brown and nearly cooked through — approx 15 minutes.
Add the chopped onions and garlic and continue to saute until the onions are soft.
Mix in the salt pepper and mixed spices, then the lemon juice and saute for a few more minutes.
Serve warm or cold, garnished with parsley.
