Fried Cauliflower Recipe
Ingredients
1 small cauliflower
Olive or nut oil for frying
Jalt and pepper
juice of 1 lemon
Directions
Separate the cauliflower in flowerettes and deep fry in oil until golden brown and tender.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Serve warm or cold.
