| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 4 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Baking powder | 2 Teaspoon |

PREPARATION beat eggs and milk together; sift in flour, baking powder, and salt.
Form into a dough roll out 1/8 inch thick on a lightly floured board cut in small squares fry in deep fat at 380° until brown; drain on absorbent paper.
