Ingredients
| 3 large speckled sea trout, filleted | ||
| Crnmeal or fish fry meal | ||
| Cooking oil or lard | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Wash the fish, salt and pepper the pieces, and roll them in corn meal or fish fry meal.
Fill a frying pan half to capacity with cooking oil or lard.
Let the oil get hot but not smoking.
Fry the fish until brown and serve immediately with Tartar Sauce.
