Fried Spinach In Chicken Stock Recipe
Ingredients
| Spinach | 8 Ounce, stalks discarded | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed | |
| Peanut oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken stock | 1⁄2 Pint (5/8 Cup) | |
| Salt | 1 Pinch | |
| Soy sauce | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Cornflour | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Water | 1 Tablespoon |

Directions
Plunge it up and down several times.
Lift out into a colander and drain.
Do this three times in all to make sure that all the grit has been removed.
Lift out and drain thoroughly.
Fry the garlic in the hot oil until golden and then discard it.
Add the spinach to the oil and cook it at high heat for 1 minute, tossing and turning it.
Add the hot stock, seasoning and soy sauce and boil for 2 minutes.
Finally, blend the cornflour with the water and stir it in.
Boil for 1 1/2 minutes.
