Fried Soft Noodles Recipe
Fried Soft Noodles is an amazingly delicious and easy to prepare side dish recipe. Try it for once; you wont wish to try any other side dish for your coming parties!
Ingredients
| 1/4 recipe noodle dough | ||
| Peanut oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onion slice | 1 | |
| Chicken stock | 1/4 Pint | |
| Good pinch each salt, sugar and Ve-Tsin | ||
| Soy sauce | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cornflour | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cold water | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 onion 'flowers' | ||
| Boil the noodles for 10 minutes then drain them well. | ||
Directions
Heat the oil and toss the onion in it for 1/2 minute.
Add the drained cooked noodles and turn them over and over to coat them with the oil.
Add the stock, seasonings and soy sauce and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Blend the cornflour with the water and stir it in, adding a little extra stock, if necessary.
Boil for 1 1/2 miinutes.
Turn all into a heated serving dish and garnish with the onion 'flowers'.
