Fried Soft Noodles Recipe

Fried Soft Noodles is an amazingly delicious and easy to prepare side dish recipe. Try it for once; you wont wish to try any other side dish for your coming parties!




 Noodle dough1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/4 Recipe)
 Peanut oil1 Tablespoon
 Onion slice1
 Chicken stock1⁄4 Pint (U.S. 5/8 Cup)
 Salt1 Pinch (Good Pinch)
 Sugar1 Pinch (Good Pinch)
 Monosodium glutamate1 Pinch (Ve-Tsin, Good Pinch)
 Soy sauce1⁄2 Teaspoon
 Cornflour1 Teaspoon
 Cold water2 1⁄2 Teaspoon (1 Dessertspoon)
 Onion flowers2
 Noodles2 Cup (32 tbs), boil for 10 minutes then drain them well

Heat the oil and toss the onion in it for 1/2 minute.
Add the drained cooked noodles and turn them over and over to coat them with the oil.
Add the stock, seasonings and soy sauce and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Blend the cornflour with the water and stir it in, adding a little extra stock, if necessary.
Boil for 1 1/2 miinutes.
Turn all into a heated serving dish and garnish with the onion 'flowers'.
