Fried Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
| Shrimp | 1 pound | |
| Butter | 4 Tablespoon | |
| 1 lemon, juice of | ||
| Olive oil | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce:) | |
| 1 tablespoon parsley or dill, finely chopped | ||
Directions
Wash and clean shrimp.
Melt butter in skillet and in it saute shrimp for 10 minutes, turning occasionally with wooden spoon, until lightly browned on both sides.
