 Ham - 1/2 cup diced cooked
 Bamboo shoots1/2 Cup (16 tbs), diced (Salad oil - 3 tablespoons)
 Dried mushrooms2 (Salad oil - 3 tablespoons)
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon (Salad oil - 3 tablespoons)
 Chinese oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (Salad oil - 3 tablespoons)
 Rice4 Cup (16 tbs), cooked (Salad oil - 3 tablespoons)
 Peas1/2 Cup (16 tbs), frozen (Salad oil - 3 tablespoons)
 Green onions1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped (Salad oil - 3 tablespoons)
 Eggs3 Small, beaten (Salad oil - 3 tablespoons)

Directions

MAKING
1) In a wok or skillet heat oil.
2) Stir in chicken, ham, bamboo shoots, and mushrooms. Sauté for 2 minutes.
3) Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt. Cook for 1 minute.
4) Combine rice, peas, green onions, and eggs.
5) Cook for 2 minutes.

SERVING
6) Serve hot.
