Bacon And Onion Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon Slices | 3 | |
| Cooked rice - 3 1/3 cups, unsalted | ||
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Soy sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chopped green onions - to garnish | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Dice the bacon and fry in its own fat in s skillet till crisp brown; remove from the pan and set aside
2. Add cooked rice to the drippings and fry for five minutes stirring all the while so that it doesn't stick; add to the bacon
3. Add eggs into the pan and cook for a minute, adding it to the rice and bacon afterwards along with soy sauce; stir it all together
SERVING
4. Sprinkle chopped onions and serve
