Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| Oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), chopped | |
| 2.5 cm / 1 inch fresh root ginger, chopped | ||
| Onions spring | 5 , finely sliced | |
| 175 g / 6 oz prawns | ||
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 175 g / 6 oz frozen vegetables | ||
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| 300 g / 10 oz cooked rice | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a pan, heat oil, and stir fry garlic, and ginger for 30 seconds.
2) Next, add spring onions by tossing for 30 seconds.
3) Add the prawns, stir for 1 minute.
4) Add the soy sauce and vegetables, stir for 2 minutes.
5) Mix eggs, prawns, and vegetables and let it set.
SERVING
6) Add the rice, toss with the other ingredients until hot.
7) Season and serve.
