Fried Rice With Vegetable Rice Mix Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 container frozen Vegetable-Rice Mix, defrosted, opposite | ||
| 2 cups cut-up cooked chicken, beef or pork | ||
| 2 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
In 1 1/2-qt casserole combine Vegetable-Rice Mix and meat; cover.
Microwave at High 4 to 7 minutes, or until heated, stirring after half the time.
Set aside.
Place eggs and butter in small bowl or casserole.
Microwave at High 1 to 1% minutes, or until eggs are set, stirring after half the cooking time.
Chop eggs into small pieces.
Stir into rice mixture.
Add soy sauce, tossing to coat rice.
