Fried Rice Recipe Video

This is part of our stir fry series. Also known as Wok 'n' Roll. This one pan meal can handle as many ingredients as you want. It's a great solution for leftover rice. This was the best friend rice I ever ate. It was one of those cooking show no-nos which is that it was the first time I made it. I had a cheat sheet behind the wok! Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil.
2. Add the pancetta and stir.
3. Add an egg to a bowl and beat.
4. Pour the egg into the mix along with scallions and toss.
5. Next, add peas and cooked rice and toss.
6. In a bowl, mix soy and water and pour into the pan and toss.
7. Next pepper and stir and let it cook down.

SERVING
8. Plate and serve hot.
