Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup vegetable oil
5 cups cooked white rice
5 ounces ham, chopped
1 cup chopped green onions
5 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup soy sauce
How to make Fried Rice
Heat the oil in a frying pan, or even better, in a wok.Place rice, ham, and green onions in the pan and stir-fry over moderate heat about 3 minutes.
Add scrambled eggs and mix everything well.
