Fried Potato Wedges Recipe
Ingredients
4 medium white potatoes, baked
Oil for frying
Directions
Cut each potato into 6 wedges.
Heat 2 to 3 inches Oil in deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 °F.
Fry half the wedges at a time 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
