Fried Potato Patties Recipe
Ingredients
| Potatoes | 4 Medium, peeled and shredded | |
| Onion | 1 Small, finely chopped | |
| Egg | 1 , beaten | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper red | 1⁄8 Teaspoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 100 Millilitre |
Directions
Squeeze potatoes between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Combine all ingredients except vegetable oil, stirring well.
Drop 1/4 cup of potato mixture at a time into 1/8 inch hot oil; press into 3 inch rounds with the back of a fork.
Fry until golden brown, turning once.
Drain well.
