 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), chopped (Marinade:)
 Onion3 Teaspoon, chopped (Marinade:)
 Ginger1/2 Teaspoon, chopped (Marinade:)
 Water chestnuts60 Gram (Marinade:)
  pieces4 , soaked (Marinade:)
 Sherry2 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Soy sauce2 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Sugar1 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 Sesame oil1/4 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:)
 1/2 teaspoon red vinegar, or Worcestershire sauce
 Chilli1 Teaspoon (Seasoning sauce:)

Directions

Cut the pork into thin shreds and marinate for 30 minutes.
Slice the water chestnuts and pre-soaked mu-er into matchstick pieces.
Deep-fry the pork for 30 seconds, and then drain well.
Put 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying-pan and fry the onion, ginger and garlic for 15 seconds.
Then add the water chestnuts and muer and continue stir-frying for 30 seconds.
Then add the pork shreds and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
Add the seasoning sauce, mix well and serve.
