Fried Oysters with Eggs Recipe
|Pacific oysters||10 Ounce, drained and cut into bite size pieces (1 Jar, Medium Size)|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Minced fresh ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|

Beat eggs lightly with milk, garlic salt, and pepper; set aside.
Place wok over high heat.
When wok is hot, add oil.
When oil is hot, add oyster mixture.
Stir-fry for 1 minute or until oysters begin to brown slightly.
Remove from wok and set aside.
Clean and dry wok and return to medium-low heat.
When wok is hot, add butter.
When butter has melted, add egg mixture.
Cook eggs, gently lifting cooked portion with spatula to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.
When eggs are almost set but creamy, return oysters to wok, and mix in gently until eggs are set to your liking.
Garnish with green onion, if desired.
