Ingredients
| 1 kilo mutton | ||
| Thick coconut milk | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peppercorns | 10 | |
| Red chillies | 10 | |
| 2 big tomatoes | ||
| Onions | 2 Medium | |
| Garlic | 10 Gram | |
| Ginger | 1 Inch | |
| Vinegar | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
Directions
Cut the mutton into big pieces.
Prick all over with a fork and cover with vinegar.
Set aside for 8 hours.
Grind together onions, ginger, garlic and whole spices fo a paste.
Heat 4 tblsps oil and fry the ground paste till a nice aroma comes out of it.
Add the mutton and cook till brown.
Put in the tomatoes and salt.
When the tomatoes are soft.
Add coconut milk.
Cook till the mutton/is soft and completely dry.
Serve hot.
