Fried Ladies Fingers Recipe
Ingredients

| Red chillies | 5 (For 4) | |
| Peppercorns | 10 To taste (For 4) | |
| Garlic 1 flake Red onions 2 | ||
| Turmeric | 1/4 Teaspoon (For 4) | |

Directions
1. Wipe ladies fingers with a wet cloth.
2. Cut into 2.5cm (1") lengths.
3. Grind together all spices.
4. Heat 1 dsp. oil. Fry ladies fingers.
5. Add ground spices and salt. Mix well.
6. Add just enough water to cook dry. Remove and fry in remaining oil.
